Contact Details Extractor · on the Apify Store

Emails, phones and social links from any company website

Paste homepages. The extractor finds the contact, about and support pages itself and returns the emails, phone numbers and official social profiles each company publishes.

Run it on ApifySee real output

  • Sites that fail to load are free
  • One homepage URL per company is enough
  • No proxy needed

A list of websites in, one row per website out

Call it from Python, any HTTP client, Make, Zapier, n8n, or an AI agent through Apify's MCP server.

  • startUrls: company homepages
  • maxPagesPerDomain (default 6) sets how deep it looks; it doesn't change the price
  • Duplicate phone numbers are merged into one readable form

Runs on your own Apify account. Apify's free plan includes monthly credits, so small tests cost nothing.

from apify_client import ApifyClient

})
# apify-client 3.x; on 2.x use run["defaultDatasetId"]
for item in client.dataset(run.default_dataset_id).iterate_items():
    print(item["domain"], item.get("emails"), item.get("phones"))

Limits you should know about

  • It reads plain HTML without a browser. Sites that only show contact details through JavaScript, behind a login or behind a bot challenge can return fewer results.
  • Many large companies publish no email address at all, only a form. An empty emails list is a real answer.
  • Only the website's own pages are read. It does not search Google or LinkedIn and does not guess or verify emails.

Frequently asked questions

Does it guess or verify email addresses?

No. It only returns addresses and numbers published on the website itself. It does not generate patterns like first.last@ and does not check deliverability.

Why are some social links missing?

Social links are only taken from structured data and the site's own header, footer and navigation, so that links to customers or partners elsewhere on the page are not mistaken for the company's own profiles. That misses a few real links, but avoids wrong ones.

Am I charged for websites that don't load?

No. Only websites whose homepage loads are charged. Dead domains, timeouts and errors are returned with status: "error" for free.

Is it legal to use?

It reads publicly available pages, the same way a browser does. Make sure your use, for example outreach, follows the sites' terms and data-protection law such as GDPR or CCPA where you operate.
