The same three tools are published on the Apify Store with pay-per-event pricing. There's no subscription with us: Apify runs the tool in your Apify account and bills you per successful result.
- Pay-per-event is better for small or spiky volumes, one-off jobs, or if you already use Apify.
- A Siftwright plan is better when you use most of it every month. Business and Enterprise cost less per result than pay-per-event for every tool, and every plan beats it for transcripts if you use most of the plan.

Do unused results roll over?
No. Usage resets at the start of each billing period.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Requests return HTTP 429 with code quota_exceeded until your next period starts or you upgrade in the billing portal. We never bill overage automatically.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference.
Is there a free tier?
Not on the API. You can use the free live demo on the home page, or run the same tools pay-per-result on the Apify Store, where Apify's free plan includes monthly platform credit.
Do you offer annual billing or invoices?
Monthly card billing only for now. Stripe emails a receipt and every invoice is in the billing portal. For custom volumes or invoicing, email support@siftwright.com.
Which is cheaper, a plan or pay-per-event?
It depends on volume and mix, so use the calculator above. Honestly: pay-per-event on Apify is usually cheaper unless you use most of a plan. Plans win when you use most of them, especially for transcripts, and give you one key, a fixed bill and a hard cap.
