Siftwright makes data tools for developers. This page explains what information we handle, and it's kept short on purpose.
This website
siftwright.com is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy.
Forms
The request and waitlist forms on our data feeds, Watch and API pages send what you type to us by email. We use it only to reply to you or to tell you when that product opens, and we don't store form submissions on the website itself. To limit spam, we keep a short-lived counter keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour.
Our tools
Our tools run on the Apify platform. When you use them, Apify handles your account, billing and run data under Apify's privacy policy. We can see basic usage information for our tools (for example, run counts, run status and error logs), which we use only to operate, support and improve them. We do not sell data.
The inputs you give a tool (URLs, search terms, video IDs) and its results are stored in your Apify account, not by us.
Purchases
Downloadable products are sold through a third-party checkout provider that acts as merchant of record and processes payment details. We receive only what's needed to deliver the product and provide support, such as your email address and order details.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and help you. We don't add you to any mailing list.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@siftwright.com.
