These terms cover siftwright.com and the tools and downloads offered by Siftwright. By using them you agree to these terms.
Tools on Apify
Our tools run on the Apify platform, and your use of them is also governed by Apify's terms. Prices are shown on each tool's Store page, and Apify bills your usage. We may change prices with notice, as the Apify Store requires.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for how you use the tools and the data they return. Use them lawfully, respect the terms and rights of the websites and services you access, and don't use them to harm others or to collect personal data without a lawful basis.
Downloads
Downloadable products are delivered as described on their product page. Code templates are provided under the license included in the download. If a download doesn't work as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund it.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the tools reliable, but third-party sites change and outages happen. The tools and downloads are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Siftwright isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
