URL to PDF at scale, by API

Need a PDF for every invoice, report or link in a database? The same engine runs behind one API call: PDF output with page size, cookie-banner dismissal and wait options.

curl https://siftwright.com/v1/screenshot \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer sw_live_YOUR_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"urls": ["https://example.com/invoice/1042"], "format": "pdf", "pdfPageFormat": "A4"}'

Plans start at $29/month for 10,000 results, and failed pages are free. Prefer pay-as-you-go? The same tool is on the Apify Store as Pageframe at $1.50 per 1,000 captures.

Frequently asked questions

Is this URL to PDF converter free?

Yes. No account and no watermark. Everyone shares a daily allowance (up to 15 free runs per network per day across our free tools, plus a fixed daily total), which keeps it free. A page you've converted is cached for a few hours, so repeating the same address is instant.

Does it capture the whole page, not just the first screen?

Yes. The page is rendered in a real Chromium browser, scrolled so lazy content loads, and printed to PDF as one document with as many pages as it needs. Very long pages take longer, and the free tool stops after 60 seconds.

Which page sizes can I choose?

A4, US Letter, US Legal and A3. Pages are printed with the site's own print or screen styles at a 1280 px wide viewport, so what you get is how the site renders, not a reflowed text version.

Does it remove cookie banners?

It tries to: the capture clicks common “Accept” buttons first. That works on most consent banners but not every custom one, so some PDFs may still show a banner.

Which pages can't be converted?

Pages behind a login, private or internal addresses, and sites that block automated browsers. If a page returns an error to us, the tool says so instead of giving you a blank PDF.

Can I convert my own HTML or hundreds of URLs?

Not here: this page converts one public address at a time. The HTML to PDF API takes lists of URLs with page size and wait options, and failed pages are free.

Is it OK to save someone else's page as a PDF?

Saving a page for your own records, a receipt or a bug report is an everyday use. Republishing someone else's content is a different matter: check their rights and terms first.
