Contact details for a whole list, by API

This page looks up one website at a time. For a list of companies, the same extractor runs behind one API call: up to 10 domains per request, returning JSON with emails, phones and social links. Sites with nothing to return are not billed.

curl https://siftwright.com/v1/contact-details \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer sw_live_YOUR_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"urls": ["stripe.com", "basecamp.com"]}'

Plans start at $29/month. Prefer pay-as-you-go? The Contact Details Extractor is on the Apify Store at $2 per 1,000 websites.

Frequently asked questions

Is this contact finder free?

Yes. No account and no card. Everyone shares a daily allowance (up to 15 free runs per network per day across our free tools, plus a fixed daily total), which keeps it free. A site you've looked up is cached for 24 hours.

Where does it find email addresses and phone numbers?

It reads the site's public pages: the homepage plus common contact, about, team and support pages (up to 6 pages for the free tool). Emails come from page text and mailto: links, phone numbers from text and tel: links. Social profiles come only from the site's structured data and its header, footer and navigation, so links to other companies in the body of a page are ignored.

Does it guess or verify emails?

No. It only returns addresses that are actually published on the site. It does not guess patterns like first.last@company.com, and it does not check whether a mailbox exists.

Why did it find nothing?

Some sites show contacts only inside contact forms, images or JavaScript widgets, put them behind a login, or block automated requests. An empty result is shown as such and is not an error.

Is it OK to email the addresses it finds?

Finding a public address is not permission to send marketing email. Business-to-business outreach is regulated differently in each country (GDPR and ePrivacy in Europe, CAN-SPAM in the US). Keep messages relevant, identify yourself and honour opt-outs.

How do I do this for hundreds of companies?

Use the Contact Details Extractor: the same engine takes lists of domains through the Siftwright API (/v1/contact-details) or as an Apify Actor at $2 per 1,000 websites, and sites with no result are free.
